Program Manager – Strategic Partnerships
About The Position
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
We are seeking a motivated Program Manager to drive and facilitate strategic partnerships that leverage Coralogix’s platform. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating joint roadmaps, translating partner requirements into actionable steps, and aligning cross-functional teams within Coralogix. You will work closely with product, engineering, and dedicated partner teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our partners' goals while advancing Coralogix’s long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, aligning Coralogix’s product capabilities with their specific needs.
- Gather and translate partner requirements, influencing product and development roadmaps accordingly.
- Own the partnership strategy, coordinating across product, engineering, and partner-dedicated teams to drive successful collaboration.
- Conduct competitive analysis relevant to our partner's objectives within the observability space.
- Work with Sales and Product teams to ensure Coralogix’s platform aligns with partner standards and goals, and communicate roadmap progress effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar role within Software Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise product partnerships or joint roadmap development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, adapting strategies to partner needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of advocating for partner requirements across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience in the observability, monitoring, or logging industry is a plus.
