We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to join our one-of-a-kind HR team to support our global sales recruitment effort.

As a Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist at Coralogix, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential candidates for various positions within the company. The role will include appropriately positioning and building awareness for Coralogix in the market, devising and executing sourcing and recruitment strategy, building prospects pipelines for all Coralogix US positions, implementing subsequent screening and shortlisting activities, offer building, closure, and onboarding.

What your role will look like:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the global HR team to understand the requirements and specifics of open positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates from diverse channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and approaches.
  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, emails, messages, and calls, conveying the company's value proposition and opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment and sourcing activities, pipeline progress, and relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of sourced candidates into the interview process.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in the recruitment domain with at least two years in sourcing for a technology company to global/ US sales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with various leading sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to operate relatively independently
  • Go-getter with a positive attitude and a can-do approach
  • Attention to details
  • Creative and Out of the Box thinking 
  • The position based In Coralogix's office in Boston and requires working from the office at least 3 times a week.
