Marketing Program Specialist - Boston Seaport

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.

We are seeking a data-driven and growth-focused individual to enhance our team by contributing to pipeline development, generation, and event coordination for Coralogix. The ideal candidate will be adept at converting data and research into practical marketing strategies that guide campaign creation and refinement, ultimately supporting our company's expansion. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the marketing team on event planning, coordination, and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more effective communications and brand awareness
  • Assist with the development and execution of inbound marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation and nurturing, including email, webinars, trade shows, and sales enablement.  
  • Support trade show planning and execution. 
  • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. This includes and is not limited to creating and distributing UTMs to track digital marketing efforts, pulling individual campaign tracking, collecting screenshots, and reporting on metrics for each campaign to enable the marketing team to make strategic decisions on audience acquisition planning.
  • Document procedures, processes, and workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of market research and data analytics.
  • Experience in planning campaigns and program initiatives. 
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Google Analytics, SFDC, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Hybrid work schedule 3 days in Boston Seaport Office
